Abbottabad – The City of Pines

Abbottabad city is a part of the Hazara region in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and is the capital of the Abbottabad district. The city is almost equidistant from Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Peshawar. It is a hill station with lovely weather, high-standard educational institutes and is popular because of the Pakistan Military Academy-Kakul.
The city was founded in 1853 by Major James Abbott, and the city was named after its founder.

There is also a hill close to the mosque which is a famous picnic spot in the city. This beautiful mosque includes a composite of spring-fed bathhouses and pools.

The E-LIONERS is an organization who works for the development of skills, ideas and confidence of the students who are interested and hard workers.
It intensifies the capability of the members and help them to implement their new ideas and appreciate them. The organization will provide such environment to members in which they can work with ease and zeal.
“Every member will be called an E-LIONER individually”.
Basic aim of the E-LIONERS are to provide an ideal and new environment to the students of AUST to groom their skills and to get familiar with the latest trends and technology being used in the Information technology. The research and other developmental activities will also be the part of the E-LIONERS.
It will be the duty of each member of E-LIONERS to give and take respect to other fellows of university and do such activities which helps them to known as an E-LIONER with disturbing and breaking the official university rules. The university rules will be the first priority for every E-LIONER then after that he/she will bound to the rules of E-LIONERS.
The success of every organization depends upon the hard work of the team and it can’t be done individually. So everyone in E-LIONERS will have to work as team and with unity.
